1st Year Marks

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Students has to carry the identity card to college everyday.
2. Student should be regular to the classes and the tests conduct by the college.
3. Student has to maintain an attendece of 90% otherwise fine of Rs.3,000 will be imposed.
4. Incase of absence for one day,student has to bring a leave letter duly signed by the parent,the next day.
5. Incase of absence for more than 2 days,without taking permission,parents has to accompny the ward to college to inform the authorities.
6. Students are not allowed to carry cellphones or any electronic gadgets during college hours.Any student found violating this rule is liably to be fined or suspended.
7. Every student has to come to the college in uniform.
8. Any sort of indiscipline will be seriously deal with and admission is liably to be canceled.
9. Fee once paid will not be refunded
10. Fee concessions apply only for first year.concessions in second year depends upon first year marks.
11. If any student wants to leave the college by taking T.C. after first year,he needs to pay the given concession in the first year and should inform the college on or before 31st of march, otherwise total second year fee should be paid.
12. If any student wants to leave before the college hours,he should take the permission of the principal as well as parents.
13. In case a student is absent continuously for a week days,without intimation,college has the right to cancel his/her admission.
14. Halltickets will be issused only after the clearence of inter college fee.
15. Tution fee of scholarship will not be refunded to those who are availing concessions in the college fee.
